Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MakerPress collects when you use makerpress.co, why, and who we share it with. We collect only what we need to make and ship your order. We don't sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Your designs: images you upload, text you add, and the descriptions (prompts) you type to create or edit images with AI.
• Order details: your name, email, phone number, and shipping address, collected at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data: like your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider records to run the site securely and to apply usage limits.

Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers. There's no account to create.

How we use it

• To show you previews of your design and make, ship, and support your order.
• To email you about your order, such as receipts and shipping updates.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the site running.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help us run the store:

• Stripe processes payments.
• Printify and its print partners receive your design and shipping details so they can print and deliver your order.
• fal.ai receives your prompts and images when you use the AI image tools.
• Vercel hosts the site and stores uploaded images and previews.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses browser storage to remember your cart. If we use advertising or analytics tools (for example, to measure whether our ads work), they may set cookies or similar technologies, and we'll list them here. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns, and meet tax and accounting requirements. Designs and previews are kept so your design links and reorders keep working.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for an open order or a legal reason. Email support@makerpress.co and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under state law. We'll honor them.

Children

MakerPress isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
